This evening I ordered food from them. I regularly order food from Mamie and usually their food is great. My food arrived 90min late, the food was spilling all over the bag. The food was cold and once I started eating it I realised the pasta was still hard. It wasn’t cooked aldente at all. I also ordered a pasta with burratta cheese. It arrived with mozzarella. When I notified Getir about my complaint, the restaurant simply replied and said that I am wrong and that the food was cooked to perfection. The customer is always wrong in this case. I won’t ever support this restaurant again.
