This agency sent me to a dinner cruise which was not bad and I really liked it. Then I paid a ticket for the princess Island they charged me 60€ (370 tl) for this trip but here is the problems. when I hop in the boat there’s not enough sits. You need to stand until someone leaves the sits or sit in the food area and the sound system was broken and all what I heard was the motor engine. Furthermore, what made me really sick of them that I found other guys who got the same ticket and were with me in the boat for 150 tl. Moreover, the ship name Senfoni their food isn’t that good and they didn’t serve any drink even water. You have to pay for yourself and btw they don’t accept bank cards. And to be honest the Opos gave me 50% refund of the actual payment

I went there by the recommendation of my hotel in Istanbul. And that’s the best thing ever I’ve done! I had a few ideas of the kind of trip I wanted to do, but Caio made it all come real! He directly understood what am I into and planned the perfect trip for me! Wir haben einen Flughafentransfer von Sultanahmet nach Sabiha Gökçen buchen wollen. Zuerst wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nicht vom Hotel abgeholt werden können, da unser Hotel nicht im System zu finden sei. So weit so gut - vereinbart wurde als Treffpunkt die Opos Travel Agency in Sultanahmet. Leider kam der Flughafentransfer 40 min zu spät an! Wir hatten gsd keine Probleme unseren Flug zu erreichen, da wir extra einen frühere Transfer gebucht haben.Man muss aber erwähnen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war und uns angeboten hat dass wir ein Taxi bekommen wenn der Transfer nicht in 5 min. ankommt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist eine Verspätung von 40 min nicht akzeptabel.

Une agence qui vous accompagne du début à la fin, qui vous donne de très bons conseils, vous propose un service de transports, mais aussi vous recommande d’autres prestataires/partenaires pour certaines prestations. Et ce, à des prix vraiment raisonnables. Le personnel est accueillant et vraiment très professionnel.Cette agence, présente aussi à Cappadocia (MAPLE TRAVEL), est recommandée pour organiser vos tours à Istanbul, ou sur d’autres sites en Turquie.

We enjoyed a very good and well-explained tour through the old City in Istanbul! We visited the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya and the Topkapı Sarayı. Special thanks to Juma, who coordinated the tour. He is really courteous. We attained a lot of knowledge and got many interisting facts. We warmly recommend this Tour and Travel Angency!!!

Opos Tours & Travel were excellent! The usual things that are stressful on a trip like booking transfers, transport, hotels, taxis etc. were already taken care of. They made the entire trip extremely easy. I can't recommend them enough to show you around Turkey! They will really give you the vacation you need!

We used opos and booked a driver to travel up to and around the Black Sea and Bosphorus. The driver was great. Let us pick where we wanted to go and helped point out key areas. I would use them again!
