Decided to sell property in Turkey in August. Sezgin laid out the whole process including the costs clearly, particularly around getting a Power of attorney as we couldn't travel due to COVID restrictions. Good advertising and an acceptable offer quickly agreed - with whole process of sale completed in 2 months. Clear communications the whole way through and ease of access to Sezgin keeping us up to date at all times. Very professional service, very responsive and very good value for the extensive work they undertook on our behalf. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone buying or selling in the Dalyan area

British weather has made me well rehearsed for buying properties abroad as I did in Philippines , Thailand & Naxos Greece. I have been lucky on/off but the experience in Dalyan was like sailing through with King Emlak recommended by Turkey homes uk .Absolutely excellent. Śo professional and friendly. Every thing sorted out in 20 days. Leanne even sorted out water, electric,internet & even Turkish Sim for my phone. Even after more than a year still helping me in all sorts of hurdles coming through irrelevant to estate . Thanks Leanne & the boss Sezgin .Thank you Sonug for helping me for Turkish residency

A 5 star rating for a 5 star service.From start to finish they were at the end of the phone.Very professional showing us around a number of properties within our price range and understood our wants and needs.Once we chose our property they helped us negotiate the sale price then literally held our hand through the whole buying process.I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
