Transfer Yolcu

İstanbul hava limanından çekmeköy'e transfer hizmeti satın aldım. Malesef uçağımız bozuldu 16 saat rötar yaptı arayıp bilgi verdik. Hiç problem etmediler. Hava limanından da planlanan saatte çıkamadık bavullarımız geç çıktı hiç bir ekstra ücret talep edilmedi. Bize söylenen fiyat neyse onu ödedik. İyi organize olmuş bir firma müşteri ilişkileri çok iyi fiyatları da taksi ile karşılaştırıldığında oldukça makul. Memnun kaldık.

The plane was late so we advised the company as requested. Upon arrival, instead of altering their collection time, they told us our taxi was cancelled. I had to insist and wait for an hour before another shuttle arrived. Not impressed with their transfer service. I could see them giving the same issues to other tourists.Upon returning, they gave us a pick up time at the hotel. We waited and they advised that the driver was stuck in traffic and late. Still waiting no one arrived. They then said he had broken down and would be another hour. I complained I would miss the flight so he advised me to pay for another taxi and claim a refund.I would not recommend you use them. Better to book your own taxi either way. Holiday was excellent, but this transfer company is a joke.

The driver left us at a different hotel and never came back. The car was terrible, not comfortable, actually it was a minibus.Terrible company and staff!

I booked a transfer. PaidThe car just didn't show up. I waited outside the hotel for half an hour, no one came. I had to order a taxi. I asked the hotel to call them to find out where the car was, and they said that the driver canceled my order. There are many witnesses who saw that there was no car. They took money and did not provide a service. They did’t return my money. The company is engaged in theft and fraud. I will go to the police
