My friend and I booked a day trip (for today 03.11.21) with Coltour to visit the waterfalls, 2-2.5 hours in Antalya city, boat and a cable car ride (all tickets were included in the price we paid). Unfortunately the cable cars weren't working, we were told by our tour guide that he'll bring everyone (around 15/16 people) back to the cable car ride another time but couldn't confirm which day (we are only in Antalya for a week). Later this evening we went to sed the lady (Irina) who we booked the tickets with and asked her to either confirm when are we are returning for the ride or refund the ticket costs (just for the cable car). We were told there's another charge for collecting and driving us there and that they're not able to refund the money! Also, we were only given one hour to spend in Antalya city as opposed to 2.5 hours. It's not about the money, its the principles...We've paid for the ticket and they've decided keep our money. Refunding is the least they could've done. Avoid them at any cost!

We booked Antalya waterfalls and it was a farce from the beginning. Reasons for my 1*1. We got taken in the wrong taxi to the wrong boat and bought back to our hotel for then to be taken back to the right boat2. Food ran out3. No sunbathing deck as promised when sold to us4. Boat broke down5. Late coming back when your stated 2:30 return it was actually 4:306. No taxi for us when we arrived back. Had to wait 60 mins in scorching heat with poor excuse after poor excuse to as to where the taxi was7. When complaining they didn’t care. No chance of refund or partial compensation.As I said complete farce from start to finish and would not recommend these guys even if they were the only ones in Lara beach
