This building is not registered at the Municipality of Istanbul , there is no natural Gas connected to the apartments , but they company is charging the residence a lot on monthly basis and no body cares , there is no meters for Gas ( heating system) as well as electricity . The Izyap company charges the residence what ever they like . The prices for the apartments are not more than 350000 TL but they sell the apartments double on other nationalities . Just be very careful before buy apartment in this building . Once you buy the apartment here you can't find any one responsible to listen to your complaints . The building is built with the worst material quality , during rainy season the water penetrates from walls inside your apartments. It was my experience from this building to share it with you.

البناية جديده جداً مريحه وخدماتها حلوه ونظيفة وفيها حراس على مدار ٢٤ ساعهموقعه حلو للباصاتالشارع كان المشكله الوحيده فيه ماكان مبني وهلا اتبنى وصار الشارع سهل المشيء فيه

Temiz bir site sadece siteye gidiş yolu çok sıkıntılı toprak patika yol gidiyorsun yagmurlu havada yaya gitmek biraz sıkıntı umarım en kısa zamanda yol sorununuda aşarlar

انا اسكن هنا منذ سنه تقريبا ومرتاحة من ناحية الادارةوالمنزل لاباس به ولكن ان كنت تريد السباحة عليك ان تذهب للمشفى وتطلب تحليل السباحة
