Nebulady tattoo
I was so nervous to have my first tattoo but few moments after speaking with Noshin, that nervous energy was gone. She designed a most amazing, artistic tatoo for me and was so particular on making sure the location and design of the tattoo meets my taste. She is superb and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
