Communication, the when, where's and how's, are critical when on a time constrained tour.Ensuring that customers have appropriate food to eat is equally critical.The health and safety of the customers is the third leg of competence.Our tour was rushed, loud, generally poor food, and while the main driver was excellent all of the small van drivers seemed intent on killing us to the loudest music possible (it drowns out the screaming, I think).The final day was a series of frustrations. Shortly after dawn we left the mountain resort that we'd arrived at after dark. We repeatedly were taken to places that we had no interest in. We were taken to restaurants where my wife, a vegetarian, was unable to eat a proper meal. Finally, we just grabbed a taxi to the airport (at least my wife would be able to eat there) to discover that our 4 pm flight had been moved to 7 pm.It wasn't all a horror show, but we won't book Jolly again.
