Excellent choice. The staff here were super friendly especially a lady named Humeyra who walked us from the office to the actual pick up point which is a lil bit down the road. Highly recommend this hop on/off bus service.To get to the office, follow exactly the location given by the staff and the office is located inside a corridor into the building.The bus service may arrive a few minutes late but that's understandable given the road conditions. As a precaution, always arrive at the stops at least 5 to 10min in advance. So far the busses have never left the stop earlier than published timings as per my observations.

I ve gone with them to Bursa. The trip was the best trip I've done in Istanbul, at all.Organized, accurate, the lunch was very good, the cable car was marvelous, and all above the price is comparative.My special thank to the Syrian guy, in Alemdar branch: Omar.Fida. Jordan.

It is an agency that I always prefer in my travels to Istanbul, there is a great variety of tours; You can choose Bursa, Sapanca, Trabzon tours. These locations are beautiful places to visit close to Istanbul. If you want to stay in Istanbul, you can buy an Aquarium, vialand or Boat tour. You can join the Hop on Hop off bus tour and visit all of Istanbul easily. When you buy a Hop on Hop off bus tour, they give a boat tour as a gift. The staff were very friendly and engaging. I especially thank Hümeyra Hanım and Muhammed Bey for their interest. Definitely an agency you should choose. I would like to join other tours on my next Istanbul trip.

I am a fan of Hop On Hop Off at many major cities. However, during our stay in Istanbul, traffic was horrendous due in part to the UEFA Champions 2023 that was taking place the days we were there. I can't say the expense was worth the experience as it was not pleasant being stuck in traffic between 3 pm and 5 pm. I don't feel this was the best way to view istanbul during my stay. You may have a different experience when there are fewer visitors to the city. Busses run 10 am - 5 pm, seven days a week.
