Fecar rent a car

Была проблема с автомобилем по словам владельца Мустафы, он предложил бесплатный трансфер до места отдыха, также был предложен альтернативный вариант автомобиля. В итоге, автомобиль забронированный изначально был готов через сутки. Несмотря на проблемы, владелец очень порядочный, проблем с автомобилем в процессе эксплуатации не было, залог не нужен.

I Had confirmed booking with confirmation email of my car rental on the 15/9/22. but on my arrival to Dalaman, No car was available for me, I was stuck with no vehicle late night. I Definitely would not advise using this Company as they caused me a lot of stress after a 4hr flight from the UK.. I didn’t even receive an apology or a lift to another car rental company..

Sehr zu empfehlen. Hier sind echte Profis am Werk, wenn es um den Service geht. Das Auto wurde uns schon ein Tag vor der Vermietung ohne Zusatzkosten zum Hotel gebracht und auch abgeholt. Das Auto war einwandfrei und ziehmlich neu. Würde beim nächsten Mal wieder mich an diese Firma wenden.

Watch out! Reservation at website doesn’t provide car rent. I’ve made a reservation on website. Nobody has contact me so I wrote Message at WhatsApp. It occured that reservation doesn’t egzist and they offered me bigger price than it was at website. Noone anserwed my next questions. they never delivered the car.

I did book a car 1,5 months in advance of my arrival to Dalaman where I planned to stay with my wife and 2 1 year old kids. Evyerthing was agreed and booked in advance. When we arrived to Dalaman the car was not available and company did propose me to wait for 2 hours until car arrives or order transfer to our hotel. We did order transfer and after 3 hours our booked car did arrive. I can 100% tell it was not a rental car, it was dirty, damaged, even window ws broken, dirty inside and huge smell inside. company did propose me 10 € disount and advised me to make car cleaning by myslelf. Imagine you plan you summer holidays in advance, come and rental car companyn propose you 10€ discount if you clean the car by yourself :). For sure I did cancel y booking and advice others never book a car from this renter....

Очень плохой прокат. Машину брали в сентябре ,выдали полностью убитый" автомобиль

I booked my car in advance in their website, and I choose the credit card payment option. I chose this company because, according to google, they were located in the airport.When we arrived, there was no office and nobody knew about this company.Minutes later, a man arrived and accompained us to the parking, where the car was.The car was completely different from the one we had booked.It was scratched everywhere, dirty and smelt like wet dogs, specially when we turned the AC on (which, by the way, didn't work properly...).An internal glove compartment door was broken (stuck with some chewing gum looking something...) and got open every time the car started moving, hitting my left knee.The guy from the company told us we had to pay in cash, in Euro ( which of course we didn't have) and finally let us pay in turkish lira.To our surprise, we had to pay the parking by ourselves.The car was not in driving conditions, as the steering wheel vibrated every time we turned. Also, it was not powerful at all, and we had to climb some roads at 30 km/h.We agreed to return the car some days later at 6.30 AM in the airport, as we had to take another flight. When we arrived, there was nobody from the company, and we had to wait for more than half an hour (after calling the company several times).Finally, a guy showed up. The first thing he said was that we should have returned the car in another area (even if we were never told before), and asked me for money to pay the parking. He got very angry when I told him I wasn't paying for it, because we had agreed to meet more than 30 minutes earlier, and he got very angry, saying it was not his problem.I gave him my last lira coins to stop that stupid situation...I am now checking my bank account to make sure they are not charging anything else, as I can't trust this company.Unfortunately, the zero-star rating option is not available in Google.

Mustafa bey ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz. Kiralamış oldukları araba son model ve sorunsuzdu. Ayrıca arabayı bize teslim etmeden önce yıkatmışlardı. Sizlerde güvenilir bir Dalaman araba kiralama ofisi arıyorsanız bu işletmeyi gönül ferahlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.

Брал машину на 20 дней, встретили в аэропорту во время несмотря на задержку рейса, машина отлично себя показала, никаких нареканий. Не дорогой и качественный сервис
