Fun buggy sunset ride through the hills!We rented two buggys and joined an ATV tour. Very very fun, friendly staff and o we all a highlight of our trip.The sunset tour is 2 1/2 hours long but it takes about an hour to get all situated and join a larger group (over 100 ATVs! From all different groups). Sometimes you go a little too slow b/ there are so many ATVs but other than that it was great.We went in late Dec 2021 and had amazing weather

If you want to rent something from them - don’t bother.I rented an ATV from them, they gave me a hardly functioning one with worn out tires, with almost not working brakes and it wouldn’t turn without considerable effort.I rented it for 3 hours for 200 lira.And ended up giving it back after less than 1 hour, because it was just unsafe to drive it.At least they refunded me 100 lira, because I didn’t use it the whole time.

SCAM!This is the worst agency you could ever deal with. I rented an electric bike and after 45 minutes cycling the motor stopped working. After returning the bike, the owner immediately became very temperamental and aggressive and refused to refund the money invested. He became aggressive, he pushed me and made insulting signs with his hands. I went to the police station nearby and reported the case. One of the officers kindly help me to recover half of my money.NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY!

WORDT agency ever. Please don’t go there. Even if prices are ok. Very unfriendly owners who only cares about making money and didn’t bother showing us anything. We wanted to rent a scooter there and quickly realized we were going to get scammed. The motor was stopping every 5 minutes.

Fraud. We had one last day in the region, we specifically asked for few items we wanted to see. They offered us a tour supposed to included them all. Great (no need to rent a car, bother with timing, and we like giving money to guides). Result: we wanted to see Derinkuyu, they swapped it without notice to Kalimakly. We wanted to enter the Urçisar castle, we just stopped in the village (not even close to it) to grab few more pp on the van. Plus, we spent 2 hours in shops of their friends (jewellery, food..) without having the chance to leave. Once this madness was done - there was no point bothering the poor guide who works for more than one agency... - we went back to them describing what happened. The response “the guy who sold you the tour is new, we value your feedback”. We politely pushed back saying we don’t care how junior they hires, we payed 80 bucks in 2 to see things we haven’t seen, and we wanted a refund. Words words words...Eventually, my gf had to start telling prospect clients of the agency (burning them 600+$ in sales..) what happened to us to get their attention. She was addressed as “disgraceful”. At least we got little money back..Stay away
