Terrible shopping experience. We went to the store on Sunday evening. Store was empty. No greeting and no one available. Finally I found seller who speaks Russian and she was rude from the beginning.Eventually my wife came to change room and the size she tried was too big. She asked if they have one size smaller. The lady said no we don’t. Immediately in 1 min she told me “we are closing, how long your lady will be there in fitting room, quickly get out”.I was shocked from such a reply and politely told her that she just came in and she will come out as soon as she will dress up. And it was 12 min till store closing time. She replied “we decided to close earlier today”.Well, if this is the case she should tell us in advance and we would not experience such a rude response and experience.I recommend everyone to avoid this store. It’s terrible experience.
