After reading reviews on trip advisor and other sites we booked our pick and drop from the new istanbul airport with effendi travels. We message on all contacts that were shared, the website, email, whatsapp messages etc. Initially there was no response but then we were contacted via WhatsApp and we made our bookings. It was smooth and efficient. We booked for the return trip at 65Euros. A day or two later, after we reached Istanbul, we got another reply to our email message, apologizing for the delayed response and quoting the price for return trip at 50 Euros. We had already paid 65 Euros and we conveyed our annoyance for being overcharged. ,After this we were contacted again, they apologized for the confusion saying that the promotion price of 50 Euros was just Introduced and that we will be returned our 15 Euros. We appreciate the company for their smooth and efficient service and their timely response and customer care.

Telefonlara cevap veren personeli ciddi ciddi yaşamaktan umudunu kesmiş, intihar falan etmeyi düşünüyor herhalde! zira bu denli bıkkınlığın başka açıklaması olamaz. otel olarak anlaşmalıyız ve iletişim kısmında kendilerini çok geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. şoförleri genelde iyi, arada can sıkanları oluyor. Şükrü Bey’e özenli hizmeti için her daim teşekkür borçluyuz. Öyle ya da böyle İstanbul’daki en büyük transfer firmalarından biri.

I booked the 8-day program one day before my travel, so I really appreciate their flexibility to help me book accommodations and buses. Also, each day I meet different tour guides and groups and the knowledgeable introduction of sightseeing given by the professional tour guides really impressed me. Last but not least, Yusuf from Efendi Travel keep me in contact and in update everyday, so I know what to do next. I really enjoyed this trip and glad to meet all these nice people in Turkey. Welcome to Turkey!

misafirilerimin havalimanı transferini ayarlayıp anlaştığım bu firma transfer saatinde bulunduğumuz yerin çok yakınına kadar araçları gelmesine rağmen keyfi olarak gelmediler şöförlerini ve müdürlerini arayıp böyle bir durumun anlaşma içinde olduğunuz otele transferi isteyen bana ve misafirlerime karşı ne kadar büyük bir saygısızlık ve terbiyesizlik olduğunu ifade ettim. şöförlerinden hakaret işittik müdürleri olan kadın durumu aklınca yumuşatmaya çalışıp aracın giremediğini ifade etti. bulunduğum yere günde 10 tane taksi 2 tane transfer çağırabiliyorken böyle saçma bahaneler öne sürülmeside karşılarındaki insana yapılmış bir saygısızlıktır.kesinlikle bu firmayı tercih etmeyin . sizi yarı yolda bırakıp bir de akıllarınca zeytinyağı misali su üstüne çıkmaya çalışıyorlar.başka transfer firmalarıyla da işim gereği çalışmış birisi olarak böyle kaba ve iş ahlakından yoksun kişilerle çalışılmasını kesinlikle önermiyorum.

Hello fellow Travelers, I visited Efendi Travel office in 30-Sultanahmet office on July 2022 personally, since my travel plans was not an exactly a cooking cutter travel Plan.I wanted to loop around turkey and visit different cities in turkey and not necessarily these cities were all lining up in one path.I meet with Mr. Yusuf K. and explained my zig zag itenary and told him that I am traveling alone and need to make sure that I was safe and in good hands throughout my trip. Mr. Yussuf speaks English and understands well. He listen to me carefully and said this plan is doable but I will take time to put together because there were many pieces that we had to put together in order for this plan to work out. He was upfront with everything from the beginning. I needed plain tickets, Bus tickets, transportations from airports and bus stations to hotels, tour arrangements for each city, pickups and drops of private transportations, Hotel accommodations and so on.We worked together that day for about 4 hours or so and he arranged everything. In the end he gave me folder with a print copy of each and every day explaining the times, locations, names and so on. At the beginning I was kind of nervous but Mr. Yussuf massaged me on whatsapp daily conforming my arrivals and the next day plan and if I needed anything or any changes.To me this was hands down one the best travel agent that I have ever dealt with and I have traveled many time. During my two and half week trip not once, I had a glitch in my itenary. Every connections, every pickup, every tour and hotel was great and everyone treated me with at most respect and kindness.I recommend Mr. Yusuf K. at Efendi travel for all your arrangements.

Horrible level of airport transfer service.First, as they mainly focus on international customers, one who arrive from turkish domestic region (ankara, izmir, cappadocia...) has high tendency to miss the agent. Usually, it looked that their staff only move between international arrival and underground parking lot. They leaved us on the airport for more than one hour... If your hotel arrange airport transfer operated by this company, I strongly recommend you to change your mind and use other way (havaist airport bus or relaible taxi driver).
