We rented a car for 7 days, and when return, the agency obviously tried to cheat us, to steal more money. When we tried to to understand what exactly they demand money for, they start yelling, such aggressive attitude to customers is not acceptable. Avoid to rent car here, especially if you don't speak turkish, this place is not trustable at all

We as a family had rent a car for 4 days and paid the total amount +the insurance, on the 3th day we decided to return the car and asked them to gave us back the money for the last day, they refused .As a solution they give us 1 day free the next time we decided to come to Trabzon it doesn't make sense we are tourist not resedent. Moreover the car was so old and bad not sutible for high way drive

Too bad I didn't read the reviews before renting a car here. Really a scam company, they cheat customers - you may literally lose a lot of money when returning the car. Especially if you don't speak Turkish, it's definitely not worth working with them, it's best to always bypass this rental agency. Horrible service.

سيارتهم جيدة اسعارهم معقولة نوعا ماولكن تعامل جدا سيء وغير متساعدين مع السائح الاجنبيكان هناك شخص اسمه يوركان كان الوحيد الذي تستطيع التعامل معه باريحية ويمكنه التكلم اللغة الانجليزية ،، لكن للاسف غير متواجد طول الوقت في فرع المطارشكرا جزيلا له لكن بعد ثاني تجربة لا انصح به ، يفضل التعامل مع الشركات العالمية افضل
