Обманщики! Даже если вы забронировали и оплатили получение роутера в аэропорту - вы его не получите. Даже если обещают, что получите. По приезду окажется, что ваша бронь отменена и получение в аэропорту невозможно, все равно привезут в отель. Потратили много времени и нервов на решение этой проблемы, испортили нам первое впечатление от пребывания в Стамбуле. Не рекомендую! Купите сим-карту в аэропорту и не связывайтесь с ними.Disgusting service!I chose this company only for the opportunity to get and return the router directly at the airport, since I needed the Internet immediately upon arrival. Booked in advance on the website, paid. The day before my arrival, I received a message in WhatsApp that there are no devices at the airport and I will receive it at the hotel.I insisted on meeting at the airport, as it was agreed in advance, since I needed the Internet right away. I was promised that the device would be sent to the airport and I could pick it up there. It was a lie. At the airport, I found out that the person who was supposed to meet me had no idea about my reservation and that the reservation was canceled. I was incredibly annoyed and angry. How am I supposed to get to my hotel without internet? Or how should I resolve this issue and provide my hotel address for delivery? Is this how you care and respect your tourists?When the router was finally delivered to me, it was dirty, and the power bank was broken.And further. I give my phone number for communication, not for messages like so beautiful". This is extremely unprofessional. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with your company

Hi,That’s only downside in our trip.I paid online for WI-FI.I didn’t received it at airport as they promised.They delivered to my hotel next day but it didn’t work as there was no instruction manual with it. I tried to get help from local aswell like Vodafone etc but no one knows about it.Trying to ring them but they didn’t answered the phone. I had a brilliant time in Istanbul everyone was helpful apart from them.
