The company itself charges more than enough for their services but yet have no solution to air conditioning. I've called and complained in several occasions about the way they manage the air conditioning in our building (and other buildings from what I've heard).We're in a tower with no windows, the A/C heating is active on account of the weather outside bring below 22'C, but the sun hits our building all day, the rooms heat up to OVER 32'C. The simple solution would be to have both cooling and heating active for the 2-3 months that the sun is this strong. But no! What they don't realise is that if it's cold we can always wear jackets or compensate for it. Where as when it's hot we can't be expected to strip down whilst working.They are literally violating human rights by allowing extreme temperatures in a building that doesn't openable windows.
