We found this coffee/souvenir shop in small Cavuşin village....we wanted a quick cup of Turkish coffee, so glad we stopped! Village was very quiet (low/cold season). First his coffee was the best I have tasted in Turkey so far, but he is a very kind and honest gentleman. I highly recommend to buy souvenirs here instead of around the very popular touristic places in Gorëme. His prices are very decent compared to other places, and even though he does not speak english, it is very easy to interact with him. So glad we stopped by!

We drank Turkish coffee with bade it was delicious and very cheap only ₺10
