I dealt with Halil Olsoy. He helped me buy two properties. While he sounded nice but I would never recommend him for the following reasons:1. Never use his translator. That guy literally charges four times what honest translators charge. And I am talking honest translators in Istanbul, let alone Bursa.2. He will start calling you my friend, but don't fall for that. Don't expect him to fight for you or care about your best interest. In my case, we agreed to take possession of one of the properties on August 1st. On August 1st, he wasn't around and instead was away on vacation. Not only that, but he also gave the previous owners the okay to stay for 16 more days without even consulting me. This was communicated to me by the previous owners themselves.

Halil Olsoy was recommended by a friend of mine when I came to Turkey with my family. We wanted to start with renting as opposed to buying. Our experience with Halil was nothing but an excellent one! He was honest and upfront. We are now planning on buying a property in Turkey and will be getting in touch with Halil Olsoy again soon.
