Akkent Yapı is a construction company in Bolu.This review is based on a brief interaction with the engineers and staff.The company build housing buildings in Bolu with multiple configuration.The staff is nice, humble and simple to deal with, they are very accommodating, especially Eng. Cihan who speaks good english and has worked in multiple countries.The company has been around for multiple years and have delivered many projects.Edited (changed to 2 stars):Unfortunately, the company execution and delivery was not good. As a customer i do not recommend them.The execution of the project was not done well, multiple delays and lack of clear communication of timelines and commitments. We were promised to have the house in May but it was delayed for almost 2 months.Another major point, is the clearance with the municipality, it took the contractor a full year to finalize and change the status of the building.The building is missing multiple basic features, such as wall lighting, mail boxes, and proper entrance furniture.The quality of the building is considered low to medium quality at best and you should consider doing your own modification after delivery.
