Helinim Tour

Only cares about money. I injured my back day before the rafting tour, decided not to risk it and came over asked nicely to refund at least some money as I won't be able to go. Owner was very rude and angry, sent me to the hospital to get a report to get money back, implied that i am a liar. I actually went to the hospital but they said they dont do any kind of reports, but gave me painkillers (thank you turkey). Overall just not a nice person to deal with and who knows what would happen if some accident happens on his tour. Not a kind person and I wouldn't trust him with dangerous tours. And to the owner- this is not how you get rich, try to be nicer to customers and you will get 10 times more back.

During ordering trip we asked many times about Polish guide. In result we got trip to Pammukale with russian guide. I NOT reccomend this office. They cannot organizes trip, promises one, you got totally different. Lady in office is nice but be carefull, choose different office

I booked a tour/ferry day trip from BODRUM to KOS. I don't remember the mans name now but he was very friendly and helpful. He is always, standing at the front desk in the street.Great communication on WhatsApp.Everything went very smoothly.He also booked us a private taxi in a Mercedes from BODRUM to the airport. It was very comfortable and fast!I had no problems at all and the communication was perfect throughout.Thank you for your help in BODRUM! ☺

Booked the ferry from Bodrum to Kos and normally they would come pick us up at pur hotel and bring us back after for 60 euros all included. But it's more than double what we would have payed if we just payed the ferry ourselves and they did not pick us up. They did pay for our taxi to there so thats nice but they also didn't bring us back to the hotel, we had to figure out a way home ourselves. They are friendly and try to help but just not really worth it in the end, easier to do it yourself.

So disappointed !!Don’t rent your car here, you will find better anyWhere !Our car was hit and the payment of reparations was outrageous.!!
