Last time we visited Turkey we had a very disappointing spa visit. This time we visited EYSA as we were staying in the same hotel. It was excellent, we had a family spa day; my 2 Yr old enjoyed the chocolate massage and foam massage and we were able to break the other parts of the package down so that one of us could look after him while the other did the sauna etc. The massage was excellent and the cost for the whole thing was very reasonable

I got an awful impression of visiting this spa when in December 2022 I came there with my little daughter and wasn't allowed to come in because the girl, who was working there said that they accept only cash. I asked to let me in and pay with my credit card this time, as I didn't know about such conditions before. But the girl suggested me to go and find ATM somewhere and take out cash and only then come back to the spa.In previous winters we used to frequent this spa, but after such situation we won't come there ever again.
