My friend and I visited Vezirhan Carpet during our first trip to Istanbul last week and it was a truly incredible experience! The staff was so welcoming and took the time to explain how each carpet is made as well as showing us different examples of the carpets designed by the artists they work with. 10/10 recommend a visit to Vezirhan if you are interested in purchasing a Turkish rug or even just learning more about the process.

Went her with my family including 4 children and had a great expereience with Konner and his team. They taught us all about carpet making using live and hands on demonstrations. They helped us pick out a great carpet within our budget. If you want a carpet buying experience that you aren't going to find in the bazaar, I reccomend this place.

We found Vezirhan Carpets via our Istanbul tour guide, and we were lucky that we did. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and provided excellent customer service. There were no gimmicky sales tactics. We ended up choosing two carpets to ship to the United States, and arrived without issue via FedEx. I am actually in the process of obtaining a third carpet from them. For any US tourist, rest assured, communications is easy, and they are fast to respond. There is a discount for credit card users too, which is a nice perk.

A brilliant carpet store located within a beautiful historic building. Amazing carpet collection worthy to be displayed in a museum, and a knowledgeable staff that can guide you through the offerings and the world of carpet buying and upkeeping.

The store was fascinating, we watched the ladies make the rugs and wall hangings. We all appreciated the history and process of creating them. Everyone was nice. The carpets were beautiful and it is lovely on my floor. Top quality!

Makes it very comfortable for us with tea, water or wine of preference.We found it hard to resist the temptation to make a purchase…and ended up with 2 Turkish carpets!This venue gets a big thumbs up from me. No hard push. You get educated. Fantastic range. Certified pieces. Knowing you $ goes towards the carpet maker. Prices aren’t cheap, but, you get what you pay for. In short, Shop here!
