خلاصة تجربتي مع مركز Marsestheticكانت ممتازة منذ اليوم الأولالمعلومات المقدمة كانت كافية و اوافية و مختصرةسرعة الاستجابة كانت سريعة عبر الوتس ابسعر الخدمة المقدم مقبول جدا مقارنة مع مستوى الخدمةالعملية كانت في مستشفى خمس نجوم و فيه الخدمات و الرعاية جيدةالمشفى و الأطباء كانو كما تم الاتفاق عليه سابقاالخدمة و الرعاية منذ القدوم للمطار الى المغادرة كانت رائعة سيارة نقل VIPالتواصل و الرعاية ممتازة بشكل شخصي و عبر التواصلشرح و إجابة عن كامل الاستفساراتو قد امتدت الخدمة الى تأمين بعض الاحتياجات الشخصية من مشتريات معينة و انا موجود في المستشفىبصراحة انا سافرت بدون مرافق و هذا خطأ في ظل هذا النوع من العملياتلكن الرعاية المقدمة كانت كافية و وافية بحيث لم أشعر بانني بحاجة الى مرافقشكر خاص للاخرين سوزان و نورا على كل ما قدموه لي خلال رحلة علاجياتمنى للمركز الاستمرار و. التقدمو لكل المرضى الشفاء التام

I had an amazing experience with Marsesthetic. I never meet such professional people like dr.Umüt and Suzane.The service at the hospital was great.Thank you for all you did and continue doing for us!

On the 18th of April 2022 I had a gastric sleeve surgery through Mars Esthetic, a clinic represented by Suzan. The surgical intervention took place at Istinye Universite and the surgery was done by professor doctor Umit Koc together with his team. I wish to say that everything was perfect, starting with the phone contact with Suzan, who from the beginning told me the exact conditions of the surgery, continuing with the hospitalisation, analysis, surgery, recuperation and the post operation accomodation, everything was perfect. Suzan was permanently commited to everything concerning my surgery. She even offered me the confidence at the last moment before entering the surgery, telling me that she will be there all the surgery a fact that really hapened. My recovery due to the proffessional team in the hospital was surprisingly fast. The next day after the surgery I could walk and feel better than I expected. I consider all this to be an exceptional experience , totally impressed by the dedication of the people engaged into such a good job.
